Pricing Questions
The monthly fee covers managed services: deployment on your infrastructure, automated backups, security updates, monitoring, and support. The perpetual licences to all 44 apps are a one-time acquisition — included in your first payment and yours forever, regardless of what happens to your managed service subscription.
Your perpetual licences survive cancellation. The software keeps running on your infrastructure — we just stop providing managed support and updates. You can always re-subscribe to managed services later, or move to self-managed using our documentation. You are never locked out of software you've paid for.
Yes. Your perpetual licence purchase is a one-time payment included in your first managed service term. There are no annual licence renewals, no per-seat licence fees, and no price increases on the licence itself. The managed service fee is what renews — and only if you want it to.
A seat is one named user in your Own360 deployment. There are no concurrent user limits — a 50-seat org can have all 50 users active simultaneously. Seats can be reassigned freely when staff turn over. Guest access (read-only external collaborators) does not count toward your seat limit.
Migration is included in Growth and Scale plans. For Starter plans, migration can be added as a one-time service — pricing depends on which platforms you're migrating from and data volumes. Book a Stack Audit and we'll give you an exact migration quote alongside the financial model.
Managed service pricing is locked for 24 months from your start date, guaranteed in your contract. After 24 months, any increase is capped at CPI and notified 90 days in advance. We will never pull a Salesforce — 8–15% annual price hikes are the model we exist to replace, not emulate.
Yes. Most customers start by replacing their highest-cost SaaS tools first (typically CRM and HR) and expand from there. Your perpetual licence covers all 44 apps from day one — you decide which to deploy and when. There's no additional licence cost to activate more apps.
