Terms of Service
Plain-language terms for using Own360.ai products and services.
Effective date: January 1, 2026
The Short Version
You own your data. We provide software. You can cancel anytime. Perpetual licenses are yours forever. We don't lock you in and we don't sell your data. Delaware law governs.
License Grant
For perpetual licenses: upon full payment, Own360.ai grants you a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide license to use the licensed software version in perpetuity, including all major versions released during your support period.
For subscription products: Own360.ai grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the service during your active subscription period.
Your Data
You own your data. We claim no intellectual property rights over content you create or store using Own360 products. We will never sell your data or use it to train AI models without explicit written consent.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Own360 products to violate laws, harm others, reverse-engineer our proprietary systems, or circumvent technical controls. See our full Acceptable Use Policy.
Warranty & Liability
We warrant that Own360 products will perform materially as described in documentation. Our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate subscriptions with 30 days’ written notice. Perpetual licenses survive termination. We will provide a 90-day data export window upon termination.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA.
